How to use:
If you have never used bee bread before, the first treatment should begin with small doses. When the tolerance of the bee bread is good and there are no allergic reactions, you can gradually increase the dosage. The suggested starting dose is ⅛ – ¼ teaspoon increased gradually to 1 full tablespoon.
One of the recommended methods of using bee bread is to drink it similarly to pollen – a spoon of it should be mixed with lukewarm water and set aside for several hours or overnight. This form of the bee bread is most easily absorbed, so it is best to drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. You can also use regular tea at room temperature, water with honey, or herbal tea.
Every product, including those of natural origin, may cause an allergic reaction. People who are allergic to bee products and those suffering from diabetes should be cautious when using not only honey but also other bee products – consumption of large amounts of bee bread may lead to sugar level fluctuations.
The product should be stored in a dry and cool place.
