A large, cylinder-shaped, natural beeswax candle with a unique cast pattern, made in accordance with the principles of traditional craftsmanship.

Beeswax candles, in addition to their decorative function, have a number of health benefits and influence our mood. When burning, they produce a warm soft light and a unique aroma thanks to the combination of bee products’ fragrance which has a soothing and relaxing effect. Additionally, they ionize the air, neutralizing the negative radiation of electric and electronic devices. Ions produced during the process of burning the candle purify the air of mold, viruses, dust and dirt, relieving allergies, asthma, diseases of the upper respiratory tract and lungs. The scent of a real wax candle increases efficiency and concentration and helps to calm down, relieve stress and make it easier to fall asleep.

The candle does not smoke during burning, it emits only a very delicate smell of heated wax. We use a cotton wick, carefully selected so that the candle burns evenly over its entire surface.

How to use:
A natural beeswax candle should burn for about 2 hours at a time so that no tunnel forms in the candle. When burning a candle, remember to keep it safe – do not leave it unattended, use a coaster, do not leave a candle in drafts or near flammable materials. Before each burning of a candle you should shorten the wick – the optimal length is about 5 mm. If you feel like having a long evening with a beeswax candle, it is advisable to shorten the wick during burning and then light the candle again so that the wax melts evenly.

Beeswax is a by-product of honey production and has been used by humans for several thousand of years. It is nothing more than the secretion of the wax glands of honey bees. Wax is the basic building block of the hive, as it is used to make combs in which new generations of bee colonies are raised. It is also used in dermatology, medicine and cosmetology as a natural antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and restorative agent. It can be used to treat burns and wounds.

The color of the candle depends on the batch of wax used and products may vary slightly. Over time, a white film called ‘bloom’ will appear on the candle – it is natural occurrence.
